How it works

A closed loop, not a hand-off.

Clinical judgment, regular check-ins and longitudinal data work together — and every week informs the next.

Follows your progress

Your coach reviews your check-ins and data every week or two, talks through what got in the way and brings your physician in when something needs a clinical eye.

Shows what is changing

Labs, body composition, check-ins and your wearable come together in one record, so reassessments are based on the full picture.

Your first visit

Symptoms rarely have one cause. So we start with the whole picture.

Low energy, poor sleep or weight gain usually trace back to a few root drivers. Your first visit is built to find them.

  • History, goals and a physical exam
  • Baseline blood work and risk review
  • Your wearable connected, if you have one
  • A clinical plan, a phase and your weekly targets

Three phases, paced by your progress — not the calendar.

Weeks 0–8

Foundation

Baseline blood work, a nutrition plan you can follow, a strength and activity plan that protects muscle, and a sleep and stress reset.

Weeks 8–24

Optimization

Deeper precision where it is needed: advanced testing, continuous glucose monitoring, body composition and, when clinically appropriate, medication or hormone support.

Month 6 onward

Maintenance

Periodic check-ins and repeat testing, and a routine built for travel, stress and real life.

The LVC app

Your week, your appointments, your progress — in your pocket.

Log your week in a few minutes, see the program your physician approved, message your care team and connect Apple Health, Garmin, Oura or Fitbit. Each source stays its own series — nothing is merged silently.
